Eddie Marcano, and the company he is affiliated with – A+ Asset Recovery, aka A Plus Asset Recovery, Bronx NY – has been removed from RightfulOwnerProject.org due to a violation of policy.

Mr. Marcano, as a member of an asset recovery group dealing with the recovery of funds for the bankruptcy court, ignored a claiming system.  This resulted in other members making duplicate claims, and wasting money and time, while losing credibility – as a direct result of his actions.

This is, in our opinion, an ethical and fairness issue that we can not allow with any of our members. Prior to being taken off our approved list, the contact information for Mr. Marcano, was in Bronx, NY.
