Estates, Pensions, Bankruptcy Funds, Overages, Real Estate, Government Refunds, Credit Unions, Eminent Domain Cases, Insurance Payouts, Lawsuit Payouts, MIP/PMI Premiums.

ROP members work with claimants, creditors, courts, organizations, and corporations of all types on substantial recoveries.

Passive Recovery: With organizations sensitive to public perception, we practice Passive Recovery, claiming only funds already held. With Passive Recovery, members do not garnish wages or seize the personal or real property of any kind.
